I am pleased to have participated recently in a conference, Beyond Elite Law: Access to Civil Justice in America at NYU School of Law and as a contributing author to a newly released book of the same name.

NYU School of Law has posted the video of the conference online (divided into panels), and it can be viewed at http://bit.ly/BeyondEliteLawVideo

The conference coincided with the publication of the book Beyond Elite Law:  Access to Civil Justice in America, co-edited by Professors Sam Estriecher and Joy Radice.   The book addresses a range of important concerns about the current crisis in access to justice for people of modest means and offers several innovative and practical approaches to addressing the civil justice gap.  The table of contents for the book is available at this link:   http://assets.cambridge.org/97811070/70103/toc/9781107070103_toc.pdf
